By creating an account or using Kilig Factor, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Kilig Factor. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. We reserve the right to verify your age and terminate accounts of underage users.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not create multiple accounts or transfer your account to another person.
You agree not to: create fake or misleading profiles; harass, threaten, or abuse other users; send spam, solicitations, or commercial messages; share sexually explicit content; impersonate another person; use the platform for illegal activities; attempt to scam or defraud other users; share other users' private information; use automated tools to access the service.
You retain ownership of content you post (photos, bio, messages). By posting content, you grant Kilig Factor a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content within the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Kilig Factor offers optional selfie and ID verification. Verification badges indicate that a user has completed the verification process but do not guarantee the user's identity, character, or intentions. Always exercise caution when meeting people online.
Kilig Factor is not responsible for the conduct of users on or off the platform. We encourage users to report suspicious behavior, never share financial information, meet in public places for first dates, and tell someone you trust about your plans. Use the Block and Report features if you feel unsafe.
Kilig Factor may offer premium subscription features. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled according to the app store or payment provider's policies. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in harmful behavior, or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Kilig Factor is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee matches, compatibility, or outcomes. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-provided information or the behavior of other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kilig Factor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
